Kathy Toogood

Style

I believe I bring a very commercial, practical and inspirational approach to my strengths- based leadership development and coaching interventions. I have an intuitive understanding of how to leverage human potential and achieve transformational change and I combine this with an enthusiastic and motivational style.

What I offer

With over 20 years’ experience as an independent coach, trainer and facilitator, my work focuses on helping leaders build strengths that will enable them to achieve high performance for themselves and through their teams. With a broad knowledge of leadership development theory and practice, I support clients by offering a varied range of creative developmental approaches which are always underpinned by a strengths focused philosophy in order that interventions improve individual effectiveness and capability and drive business results. I especially enjoy the challenge of helping people make sense of the complexities that surround them and find the energy and clarity to proceed to a successful outcome.
