Our training offer includes:

• Coaching skills workshops for line managers and leaders
• Coaching training and support to set up an internal coaching network
• Mentoring training and support to set up an internal mentoring network
• Supervision and CPD (Continuous Professional Development) for internal coaches and mentors
• Team Coaching training. We provide bespoke or pre-designed (3-day programme) for those involved in coaching teams in the organisation

In conjunction with Strengths Focused Leadership, we can also offer ILM Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in coaching and mentoring, e.g. ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
